We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead our team in managing commercial tilt up and ground up projects in Spokane, WA.

Job Overview

This is a key role that requires a strong background in construction management, with experience handling complex projects from start to finish. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily field activities, ensuring project milestone dates are met, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including timecards, field reports, and schedule updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with contract terms and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses and making adjustments as necessary to stay within allocated funds.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure all work meets industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably with tilt up and ground up commercial projects.
  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and materials, with knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
