Job Title: Call Center Agent

This is a remote position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The Call Center Agent will be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of computer systems and software.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Computer Specifications:
    • Processor: Core i7 8th generation (and above)

  • Main Internet Speed Requirement:
    • Jitter: below 10ms
    • Latency: below 160ms
    • Upload: more than 25mbps
    • Download: more than 40 mbps
  • Power Backup:
    • A reliable power backup that could sustain a minimum of 8 hours (full shift)
  • Internet Backup:
    • Jitter: below 10ms
    • Latency: below 160ms
    • Upload: minimum of 25mbps
    • Download: minimum of 25mbps
