About the Job

The Inventory Operations Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management processes. This will involve analyzing data from SAP, co-manufacturers' reports, and supplier documents to identify trends and areas for improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing process improvements, streamlining operations, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor SAP to ensure accurate and timely posting of production receipts, resupply receipts, and outbound shipments.
  • Complete monthly inventory reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Research and document instances where a credit or financial reimbursement is due to Danone.
  • Work with the CoManufacturer to mitigate loss and provide disposition.
  • Utilize emerging technologies to provide real-time data on inventory levels, improving accuracy and reducing the risk of stockouts or overstocking.
  • Complete attainment analysis to track Purchase Order requests versus actual production.
  • Perform Raw Material obsolescence and expiration risk analysis.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI preferred.
  • Ability to be self-directed with little supervision.
  • Superior quantitative and qualitative analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence decisions and activity within the group and cross-functional teams.
  • Continuous Improvement mindset, skills, and implementation.
