Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and objectives as defined.
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through provided leads and referrals.
- Engage with prospects via phone, text, and email, adhering to our established communication process.
- Record all interactions and quotes in our tracking system to ensure effective follow-ups and activity management.
- Establish strong relationships with clients to foster high levels of customer retention and brand loyalty.
- Approach each customer interaction as an opportunity to cross-sell additional insurance and financial products.
Qualifications
- Must be open to coaching and possess excellent communication skills.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and work effectively within a team environment.
- No prior insurance experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Must be prepared to obtain your Property & Casualty insurance license (we will cover the costs).
- Demonstrate exceptional follow-through that surpasses the expectations of current and prospective clients.
