Unity Health Care seeks a highly skilled and experienced Epic Training Program Lead to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive training programs for its staff.

Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of training programs that meet the needs of Unity Health Care's staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in training program management, adult education, and curriculum delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience working in healthcare settings, preferably with ambulatory and/or FQHCs, and a strong understanding of project management principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs that cater to the diverse needs of Unity Health Care's staff, including super user training, end-user training, post-live training for new hires, and refresher training.
  • Training Environment Management: Prepare, build, and maintain the training environment, providing support and troubleshooting services as needed.
  • Team Management: Recruit, staff, and manage a team of trainers, credentialed trainers, and other supplemental training staff to ensure the effective delivery of training programs.
  • Change Management: Champion change management and transition initiatives, ensuring a smooth implementation of the Epic EHR system and ongoing maintenance of training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, information technology, education, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Two years of experience in previous training roles, education, or user support for clinical and revenue cycle integrated systems; experience with Epic is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in healthcare settings, preferably with ambulatory and/or FQHCs.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
