Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to join our team in an ambulatory setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills and experience in clinical direction to make a meaningful impact.
Job SummaryThis role will involve providing clinical direction for all aspects of patient care under the guidance of physicians, advanced practice providers, or physician residents. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assess patient needs and provide appropriate referrals
- Provide direct care to patients, including implementing evidence-based practices and interventions
- Monitor quality of care and take corrective action when necessary
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Associate's degree may be considered with relevant experience)
- Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
- No prior experience required, but a strong background in nursing and leadership is preferred
The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
