Job Overview

 We are seeking a Coordinator of Student Engagement to become a vital member of our team dedicated to enhancing the student experience. This role involves fostering strong connections with faculty, staff, and students, ensuring a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for all participants. The Coordinator will actively participate in and oversee evening and weekend activities, as well as facilitate regional travel opportunities, which may include participation in program-specific excursions.

In our commitment to student development, we focus on guiding and supporting students as they evolve into future leaders and innovators.

Each semester, a diverse group of students engage in academic pursuits while immersing themselves in a rich cultural environment.

The Coordinator, alongside our dedicated team, will help create a community that promotes student involvement, well-being, and the development of intercultural skills.

This position is designed to cultivate an integrated living-learning experience for students, enhancing their educational journey through community engagement and personal growth.


Here are the key responsibilities of the role:
1) Collaborate with various departments to support intentional living-learning initiatives that benefit a large student population.

2) Report to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and vision in a structured appointment.

3) Reside in provided accommodations, contributing to the development of a cohesive community experience for students.

4) Plan and execute programming that includes shared meals, guest speakers, and community service projects that connect students with local and regional opportunities.


5) Support student well-being through mentorship and guidance, facilitating discussions and educational interventions.

Additionally, you will oversee student conduct matters, ensuring adherence to established policies and guidelines.

Required Qualifications

 - A bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in student support within an educational setting.
