  • Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, report preparation, and document scanning.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed, such as preparing meeting materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
