Job Title: Executive Director of Operations

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and team management.
  • Oversee all aspects of studio functionality, including sales, operations, and customer service.
  • Supervise and develop a team of Wellness Advisors and Teachers to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise studio staff, including Teachers and Wellness Advisors.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in retail, service sales, or fitness sales.
  • Proven track record of supervising and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in data management and computer software.
