We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Studio Coordinator to join our Los Angeles team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support team and client meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Order and manage supplies and food for daily operations and special events.
  • Provide administrative support to studio leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, timesheets, and expense reports.
  • Provide onsite support for select IT and HR tasks while facilitating communications with Seattle Operations, IT, and HR teams.
  • Act as a point person for the upcoming office relocation and other special projects.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in office operations, executive assistance, or a similar role.
  • Availability to work a part-time schedule, on-site, during regular business hours.
  • Superior customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Google Drive, OneDrive, Zoom, and Miro proficiency with an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
