The Client Service Representative will be assigned specific clients and serve as the primary point of contact for law firms, providing day-to-day support on their accounts with National Record Retrieval.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming client calls and high-volume actionable emails
  • Maintain existing business relationships with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients, and assist in bringing new clients on board
  • Resolve a variety of client issues, including NRR portal issues, discrepancies with records received, and updates on pending orders
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the NRR portal, NRR services, and NRR internal processes
Required Skills:
  • Customer Service: Manage difficult customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, and meet commitments
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyze information skillfully, and develop alternative solutions
  • Oral Communication: Speak clearly and professionally in positive or negative situations, respond well to questions, and participate in meetings
  • Written Communication: Write clearly and informatively, able to read and interpret written information
  • Teamwork: Exhibit objectivity and openness to others' views, give and welcome feedback, contribute to building a positive team spirit, and put the success of the team above own interests
  • Quality: Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, look for ways to improve and promote quality, apply feedback to improve performance, and monitor own work to ensure quality
Education and Experience:

Client Service experience preferred. College Education preferred. The ability to interact with people across all levels of the business, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

The ideal candidate will possess sophisticated organizational skills, including physical and non-physical resources, and be a self-starter who can work well independently.
