Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
