Vocational Nurse - Adult Care Specialist Join a dynamic and high-demand healthcare environment as a skilled LVN

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide exceptional care in our Adult Care Department. This role involves working in a fast-paced clinic where you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care utilizing the LVN process.
  • Assess patient needs and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
  • Conduct triage for patient inquiries and manage care plans.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
  • Document patient information accurately in medical records.
  • Engage in patient education and support for families.
  • Perform specialized nursing duties related to cardiology.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and a positive attitude towards patients and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Current LVN License from an accredited nursing program.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
  • Current ACLS or BCLS certification.
  • Strong understanding of nursing processes and healthcare technology.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
