Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Small Business team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and trials to showcase Figma's value proposition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of sales experience in a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ability to source pipeline and close deals
  • Experience selling technical products and solutions
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and close business
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and tools
