The Float Member Service Representative (MSR) is responsible for delivering exceptional service to both current and prospective members while ensuring efficient and precise transaction handling. The MSR is expected to warmly welcome all members upon their arrival and address their inquiries promptly. This role includes answering phone calls and directing members to the appropriate resources for assistance. The MSR will also maintain accurate cash handling and rectify any discrepancies as they occur. Additionally, the MSR will promote various products and services, with a strong emphasis on electronic options that empower members to manage their own transactions.

  • Deliver informed, prompt, and courteous service to all members, ensuring immediate acknowledgment upon their entrance and timely phone response.
  • Execute assigned responsibilities with a focus on accuracy and adherence to departmental standards.
  • Proactively suggest additional products and services to each member, identifying cross-sell opportunities.
  • Adhere to all relevant credit union policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively to resolve member concerns, seeking assistance when necessary.
