Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay experience for our valued guests. Your primary responsibilities will include registering guests, making and modifying reservations, and handling hotel operator and concierge duties. You will also be responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Responsibilities

* Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner
* Make and modify reservations, including handling room assignments and rate quotes
* Handle hotel operator and concierge duties, including responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues
* Provide exceptional guest service, including responding to guest requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations data
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and hotel operations

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful
* Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
* Positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service
* Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
