Front Desk Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Northwest x Southern Hospitality. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check-in, check-out, and coordination of hotel services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest reservations requests and answer telephones in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle guest compliments and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Coordinate hotel services, including room assignments and special requests.
- Balance an assigned house bank and handle cash and credit transactions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- Prior hotel and hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
