Account Growth Lead

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a manager, outbound sales. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of outbound account executives (AEs) and business development representatives (BDRs). Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth through strategic planning, team management, and individual contributor coaching.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scaling lead generation teams to meet or exceed sales targets. This will involve collaborating closely with sales and marketing leaders to devise strategies that increase volume and effectiveness in creating and closing pipeline opportunities. Your responsibilities will also include conducting regular assessments of progress regarding weekly and monthly forecasts, coaching and mentoring team members, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements
* 5+ years of sales management experience in the SaaS industry
* 2+ years of outbound sales leadership experience over a team that identifies and qualifies sales opportunities via phone and email
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent leadership and analytical skills
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
