Key Responsibilities
  • Execute tasks while adhering to quality benchmarks and timelines, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and organizational standards.
  • Conduct routine and specialized operations and maintenance on various systems, including landfill gas extraction and associated equipment, utilizing field analyzers and meters for precise diagnostics.
  • Identify, propose, and implement effective solutions for mechanical and electrical challenges, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety protocols, following directives from supervisory personnel.
  • Safely operate a vehicle for site visits, managing tools and equipment in accordance with company standards.
  • Operate heavy machinery as required for system monitoring and maintenance tasks.
  • Perform administrative duties, including preparing customer reports, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, responding promptly to client inquiries.
  • Develop and adjust project work plans to accommodate evolving needs and requirements.
  • Oversee daily project operations, ensuring effective communication of relevant information.
  • Foster and maintain positive client relationships.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Experience with landfills, oilfield equipment, or electrical systems is highly desirable.
  • A valid driver's license is required; a company vehicle will be provided for work-related travel.
  • Basic computer proficiency is necessary for operating computerized testing equipment.
  • Ability to interpret electrical diagrams is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools is expected.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
