Job Summary

The Industrial Security Specialist II will assist in maintaining and managing the overall security posture of the Elbit America Headquarters and Fort Worth facilities to ensure compliance with United States Department of Defense and State requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage the identification system for all employees, service and technical representatives, contractors, and visitors to the company.
  • Provide and manage security officer services at the company, ensuring the facility is protected and controlled.
  • Support all industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security regulations.
  • Communicate security requirements to site staff.
  • Participate in investigations involving security incidents.
  • Maintain security policies and procedures.
  • Ensure post orders and work instructions for security officers are up-to-date.
  • Develop and implement standard practices for industrial security functions.
  • Provide interpretation of standard practices and assist with visit requests and contact reports.
  • Prepare quarterly reports for the Government Security Committee.
  • Aware of classified information systems.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Specific degree field required: Industrial Security.
  • Training pre-requisites: Cleared Personnel, Electric Communications Plan, Special Security Agreement, Electrostatic Discharge, and Safety Training.

  • Effective communication with site staff and managers.
  • Initiate and follow through on special projects.
  • Implement company-wide security policies and procedures.
  • Conduct comprehensive security audits.
  • Assist in implementing corrective actions.
