Job Title: Order Processing Specialist

At the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, we are seeking a highly skilled Order Processing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for processing all member orders, generating invoices, and conducting initial reconciliation of all credit card and bank payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process member orders and generate invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reconcile credit card and bank payments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Navigate a complex CRM system to search, verify, and update member order and payment records.
  • Identify order types and process or route accordingly based on written SOP documents.
  • Perform mathematical functions for accurate tally and reconciliation processes.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma with strong mathematical skills.
  • Associate's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred.
  • Prior experience in cash application, cash balancing, or order processing with reconciliation of credit card orders strongly preferred.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm CST. The incumbent may be allowed to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays from an approved, appropriately-equipped home office.

Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly pay rate for this role is $17.34/hour. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, vision, dental, long-term disability, short-term disability, paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays. Our retirement plan includes a defined benefit (pension) plan and a 401(k) matching contribution.
