Shift Supervisor

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates during a specific shift and ensuring that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide training and create work schedules for team members.
- Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
- Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
- May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
