RN Clinical Supervisor Night Shifts

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor for Night Shifts at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Troy, NY. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and support to residents and their families.
- Monitor residents and administer medication and treatments.
- Document resident care services and maintain accurate records.
- Protect residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
- Resolve resident problems and needs through effective communication and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain the highest standards of care by adhering to facility philosophies and standards of care.
- Ensure resident confidentiality and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Current New York State RN License.
- Full-time experience in sub-acute care and knowledge of Sigmacare is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Solid computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office.
