About the Role:- Provide guidance and support to residents and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Monitor residents' health and administer medication and treatments as needed.
- Document resident care services and maintain accurate records.
- Protect residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
- Resolve resident problems and needs through collaborative team strategies.
- Maintain high-quality care by adhering to facility philosophies and standards of care.
- Ensure resident confidentiality and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Current New York State RN License.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
- Solid computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
