Clinical Supervisor Women's Services Evening Shift

At Troy Center, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor for our Women's Services department, working evening shifts.
About the Role:We are looking for a skilled and experienced RN to oversee the care of our residents, providing guidance and support to our staff while ensuring the highest quality of care. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Providing advice and support to residents and their families
- Monitoring residents and administering medication and treatments
- Documenting resident care services and maintaining accurate records
- Protecting residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
- Resolving resident problems and needs through multidisciplinary team strategies
- Maintaining resident confidence by keeping information confidential
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current New York State RN License
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Solid computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
