Clinical Supervisor Women's Services Evening Shift

At Troy Center, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor for our Women's Services department, working evening shifts.
About the Role:As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our residents and their families, while ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered. Your expertise will be invaluable in monitoring residents, administering medication and treatments, and documenting resident care services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advice and support to residents and their families
- Monitor residents and administer medication and treatments
- Document resident care services by charting in resident and department records
- Protect residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
- Resolve resident problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
- Assure quality of care by adhering to facility philosophies and standards of care
- Maintain resident confidence by keeping information confidential
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Full-time, sub-acute, and Sigmacare knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Current New York State RN License
- Long-Term Care Experience Preferred
- Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
