About the Role

As AidKit's first Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic product-led initiatives, managing the product roadmap, and creating business cases for product investments. You will work closely with our commercial and engineering teams to ensure that our solutions for government benefit programs are both impactful and aligned with the needs of the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Strategy and Roadmap Development
    • Develop and manage the product roadmap to drive strategic product-led initiatives
    • Create business cases for product investments, incorporating inputs from strategy, engineering, and commercial teams
  2. Market Research and Customer Insight
    • Understand and articulate the needs of government administrators and beneficiaries across segments
    • Analyze market trends and user feedback to drive product improvements and innovations
    • Engage with government officials and other stakeholders to gather valuable insights
  3. Requirement Gathering and Prioritization
    • Prioritize features that deliver the most value to clients and align with company objectives
    • Create user journeys, workflow maps, and prototypes to communicate feature requirements
  4. UX/UI Oversight and Accessibility
    • Ensure the product offers an intuitive and accessible user interface
    • Craft and evaluate complex interaction design for a low-code platform
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration and Leadership
    • Build buy-in by engaging stakeholders across the organization and providing compelling evidence and theory to support decisions
    • Collaborate with the Contracts and Compliance Manager to integrate regulatory requirements into the product
  6. Product Performance and Improvement
    • Track investment, development trajectory, and ongoing market fit of product features
    • Implement processes for systematic articulation of market needs and product learning
About You
  • Experience in Enterprise B2B product management, with a preference for B2G or Civic Tech background
  • Strong product intuition, including design principles and UX/UI sensibilities
  • Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements
  • Experience with no-code platforms and workflow configuration
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to execute and play both a micro and macro role in delivering products to market
Compensation and Location

For this full-time position, you can work from anywhere in the United States. The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000.
