We are currently hiring a skilled Digital Product Manager - Innovator to join our team at Innova Solutions. This role involves overseeing the development of digital products from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet business requirements and customer needs.
About the Job- As a Digital Product Manager - Innovator, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy.
- You will develop and maintain product roadmaps, manage product backlogs, and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs.
- Key responsibilities include creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, participating in agile ceremonies, and overseeing product creation, including design and development.
- You will also conduct and/or assist in User Acceptance Testing, monitor and evaluate product progress, and liaise with the product team and end-users to deliver updates.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Product Owner with expertise in Twilio/IVR project implementation is required.
- You should have strong communication skills, proficiency in analytic tools, dashboarding, and reporting, as well as in-depth knowledge of agile methodology and scrum ceremonies.
- Experience with JIRA, Kanban, and other agile tools is essential.
- A Product Owner certification is also mandatory.
We offer a competitive salary range of $101,500 - $119,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes medical and pharmacy coverage, dental/vision insurance, 401(k), health savings account (HSA), flexible spending account (FSA), life insurance, pet insurance, short-term and long-term disability, accident and critical illness coverage, pre-paid legal and ID theft protection, sick time, and paid leaves (as required by law). We also provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
