Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will provide administrative support to store management personnel and perform various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to store management personnel, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sending and receiving information via computer terminal.
- Perform clerical duties, such as typing, creating reports, distributing and sending paperwork, and maintaining office supply inventory.
- Input information into computer systems, including department schedules, invoices, and inventory data.
- Assist visitors and answer employee-related questions, including insurance, employee contracts, and company policies.
- Manage online application process for store positions, including posting open positions, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Process new employee hires, including completing onboarding, orientation, and training.
- Process workers' compensation claims and handle customer accidents.
- Maintain confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in performing basic office clerical tasks, telephone reception duties, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Competitive hourly rate: $17.60 - $20.50 per hour.
