Job Summary

Piedmont HealthCare is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing specialized examinations of the breast to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in patients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology and experience with mammographic radiographic equipment. A graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology and registered Radiologic Technologist in Radiography (R) and Mammography (M) - ARRT are required. BLS certification is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mammography examinations to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease
  • Operate mammographic radiographic equipment and other equipment/devices as appropriate
  • Meet quality and productivity standards

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
  • Registered Radiologic Technologist in Radiography (R) and Mammography (M) - ARRT
  • BLS certification preferred
