Job Description

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. As a Customer Service Representative on our Policy Services Team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, administering Group Administration functions, and researching customer needs to develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and written correspondence
  • Administer Group Administration functions, including new case setup, billing, collection, and reconciliation of premium
  • Research customer needs and develop informed, innovative solutions
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-2 years related experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and multitask

Salary: $19.50 per hour
