Insurance and Administrative Specialist

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. As a Customer Service Representative on our Policy Services Team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, administering Group Administration functions, and researching customer needs to develop innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and written correspondence
- Administer Group Administration functions, including new case setup, billing, collection, and reconciliation of premium
- Research customer needs and develop informed, innovative solutions
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years related experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and multitask
Salary: $19.50 per hour
