Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Policy Services Team as a Group Administration Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering group administration functions, processing policy changes, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in group administration, customer service, and policy administration. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer group administration functions, including group terminations and final accounting
  • Process policy changes, including new case setup, billing, collection, and reconciliation of premium
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or written correspondence
  • Research customer needs and develop informed solutions to build customer loyalty
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of related experience, preferably in customer service, insurance, banking, or healthcare
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
