About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapeutic Program Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of our clients
  • Accurately chart and document client progress, ensuring timely and effective communication with colleagues and supervisors
  • Organize and lead patient group activities, promoting socialization and skill-building opportunities
  • Transport clients to off-site appointments, ensuring safe and comfortable travel
  • Participate in interventions and support clients in achieving their goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; formal education in arithmetic and reading, writing, and speaking common English vocabulary
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays; may be exposed to communicable diseases and unpredictable patient behavior
  • Valid driver's license required for positions involving transportation of clients
