Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create personalized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress
- Collaborate with colleagues and community organizations to deliver comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution
- Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.)
- Experience with mental health documentation and Electronic Health Record systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Fully licensed mental health professional with a valid state license
- Experience with couples and family therapy
- Knowledge of community resources and insurance billing
