Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at Ryan Specialty Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire recruitment process, from offer letter coordination to onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer Letter Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers, legal, and compensation teams to negotiate offer terms and assist with offer letter requests from start to finish.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update Workday recruitment inbox, ensuring accurate candidate information, job postings, and recruitment metrics.
  • Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze recruitment reports to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting activities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Agency Management:
    • Vendor Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
    • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with recruitment agencies, ensuring favorable agreements that align with company policies and budget.
    • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of recruitment agencies, providing feedback and adjusting as necessary to improve outcomes.
    • Invoice Management: Review and approve invoices from recruitment agencies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed-upon terms.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Workday and HR software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
