Position Overview

As a Salesforce Solutions Architect at Agility Technologies Inc, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Salesforce capabilities. This position involves a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce architecture and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and articulate challenges or opportunities that necessitate strategic improvements.
  • Gather, analyze, and structure information to facilitate clear communication regarding issues and solutions.
  • Dissect complex problems into manageable components to enhance understanding and resolution.
  • Design and advocate for software solutions by configuring existing systems and developing basic code as needed.
  • Build, configure, and sustain intricate Salesforce objects and workflows.
  • Document processes and updates effectively.
  • Follow established system development standards and methodologies.
  • Create and execute functional, integration, regression, and stress testing plans.
  • Convert business needs into actionable technical solutions.
  • Provide expert consultation on product and solution aspects aligned with client business requirements.
  • Develop and present process flows that align customer technical needs with Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead the design and architecture of solutions for large-scale clients, collaborating with development teams.
  • Validate solution components and conduct walkthroughs with clients; identify technical challenges and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Mentor and support teams across various client projects, offering technical leadership and guidance on best practices for design and development.
  • Foster innovation within the team by creating reusable components, tools, and accelerators, while promoting their adoption during project delivery.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to architect solutions independently and engage hands-on in building Salesforce solutions.
  • Exhibit attention to detail with a capacity to quickly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired states, and deliver effective CRM solutions.
  • Possess a foundational technical understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, triggers, batch Apex, and Visualforce.
  • Demonstrate experience with the Lightning Framework and JavaScript frameworks, along with design patterns.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce security best practices.
  • Understand Agile methodologies and have experience in designing workflow rules to support business processes.
  • Work remotely with minimal travel requirements, potentially a few times annually.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Over 4 years of experience in configuring cloud-based solutions, specifically Salesforce.
  • At least 4 years of industry experience in CRM, with a minimum of 2 years as an enterprise/platform architect.
  • 4+ years of consulting experience preferred, particularly in the consulting/professional services sector.
  • Familiarity with technical solution design principles and software development methodologies.
  • Experience in translating business requirements into technical plans.
  • Proficient in SQL and relational database management.
  • Experience with system integration and ETL processes; familiarity with Visual Importer is a plus.
  • Understanding of Apex versioning maintenance.
  • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience with LWC and Aura components.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large Salesforce initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Flexible and collaborative work style.
