Position Overview
As a key member of our team, you will engage in the design, development, testing, and implementation of essential software and technology solutions. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining IT architecture, large-scale data repositories, and cloud-based systems.
Key Responsibilities
The Salesforce Solutions Engineer role provides the autonomy to shape your daily tasks while collaborating with dedicated professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and customizing Salesforce applications.
- Collecting and documenting customer requirements to create initial solution frameworks.
- Collaborating with management to design and implement software solutions.
- Utilizing a process-driven approach to develop effective solutions.
- Working with senior team members to integrate new software technologies.
- Maintaining existing software systems following industry standards and practices.
Experience and Skills Required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in Salesforce development.
- Preference for candidates with certifications such as Certified Administrator, Certified App Builder, Certified Platform Developer I, and Certified Platform Developer II.
- Strong programming background, particularly in Java.
- Experience with architectural principles for integrating enterprise applications.
- Effective communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in service management concepts and standards like ITIL practices or SDLC.
- Experience in managing documentation and code changes to facilitate collaboration.
- Programming skills, including coding and debugging in relevant languages.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage project plans and resources effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and computing.
- Experience with enterprise application integration principles.
- Ability to diagnose operational errors and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
- Experience in product testing, including usability and user acceptance testing.
