About the Position:
The Michelle Martin Group (MMG) is in search of a skilled Change Management Specialist to assist our clients during their Workday implementation initiatives. This position is tailored for professionals with substantial expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and a robust background in ERP system deployments. Candidates must be local to the Charlotte area and available for on-site engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee change management efforts for the Workday implementation.
- Formulate and implement detailed change management strategies and plans that align with project requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to effectively manage and facilitate change.
- Develop and execute focused communication strategies to ensure seamless project execution.
- Recognize potential challenges to change and devise strategies to address them.
- Perform impact assessments and readiness evaluations to promote successful system adoption.
- Create and deliver training programs to assist users in transitioning to the new system.
- Track, assess, and report on the success and progress of change management initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience in managing Change Management initiatives for large-scale technology implementations or significant business transformations.
- Proficiency in Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated experience with ERP system implementations, particularly Workday.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Change Management.
- Comprehensive understanding of Workday modules and functionalities.
