About the Position:

The Michelle Martin Group (MMG) is in search of a skilled Change Management Specialist to assist our clients during their Workday implementation initiatives. This position is tailored for professionals with substantial expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and a robust background in ERP system deployments. Candidates must be local to the Charlotte area and available for on-site engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee change management efforts for the Workday implementation.
  • Formulate and implement detailed change management strategies and plans that align with project requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to effectively manage and facilitate change.
  • Develop and execute focused communication strategies to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Recognize potential challenges to change and devise strategies to address them.
  • Perform impact assessments and readiness evaluations to promote successful system adoption.
  • Create and deliver training programs to assist users in transitioning to the new system.
  • Track, assess, and report on the success and progress of change management initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in managing Change Management initiatives for large-scale technology implementations or significant business transformations.
  • Proficiency in Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience with ERP system implementations, particularly Workday.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Change Management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Workday modules and functionalities.
