Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Cash Management Manager within the R&W Operations Department.
  • Oversee daily cash operations, ensuring the accurate processing of incoming and outgoing funds, including checks, wires, ACH, and RTP.
  • Execute various money movement tasks, such as wire transfer requests and ACH origination files.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and integrity in all financial transactions and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with banking partners to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Manage the department's email correspondence and client inquiries through our CRM system.
  • Assist in the development and review of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Cash Management Manager.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in banking or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with trust accounting systems and Salesforce CRM is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ACH and wire transfer processes is advantageous.
