Clinical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Spectrum Health and Human Services. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our clinicians, providers, and managers while delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to clinicians, providers, and managers, including scheduling, auditing, and data entry.
- Manage client intakes, scheduling, and documentation, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Respond to high-volume email requests and phone calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and achieve team goals.
- Perform daily insurance verification and financial reviews, ensuring accurate and timely processing of client payments.
- Maintain a neat and organized workspace, adhering to agency standards and protocols.
- Travel between sites as needed to provide coverage for other support staff.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; one year of work experience in a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and agency's Electronic Health Record system.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
