Position Summary:

Become an integral part of our organization as a Healthcare Staff Coordination Specialist, where you will significantly contribute to the management and oversight of protocols related to our medical personnel. Collaborate effectively with diverse departments and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to institutional policies and healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Department Leaders, Human Resources, Legal teams, and certification organizations to ensure effective policy management
  • Organize meetings and aid in the formulation and evaluation of policies
  • Assist medical staff leadership with internal communications and meeting arrangements
  • Support credentialing activities and the integration of medical staff providers
  • Cultivate constructive relationships with stakeholders both within and outside the institution
  • Provide assistance to the Manager of Medical Staff Services as needed
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
  • Experience in credentialing processes and familiarity with healthcare institutions
  • Knowledge of Joint Commission and NCQA standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Certification in Provider Credentialing or Medical Services Management is advantageous
  • 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience
