- Organize meetings and aid in the formulation and evaluation of policies
- Assist medical staff leadership with internal communications and meeting arrangements
- Support credentialing activities and the integration of medical staff providers
- Cultivate constructive relationships with stakeholders both within and outside the institution
- Provide assistance to the Manager of Medical Staff Services as needed
- Carry out additional responsibilities as required
- Experience in credentialing processes and familiarity with healthcare institutions
- Knowledge of Joint Commission and NCQA standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
- Certification in Provider Credentialing or Medical Services Management is advantageous
- 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience
