Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Family Support Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with families and single women in our Hanger Lodge, providing support and assistance in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct service to residents, including face-to-face sessions, phone calls, and email communication.
- Establish and monitor case plans for each family or single woman in residence.
- Identify and refer residents to outside agencies and social services that can provide assistance.
- Present Life Skills classes on an as-needed basis.
- Provide limited follow-up services to residents who express a desire for such assistance.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field required; one or more years of social work experience with homeless populations preferred.
