Responsibilities
  • Greet clients warmly, direct them to the appropriate team members, and manage appointment scheduling.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries, maintain customer records, and engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service, follow up on client needs, and support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary for success in this position.
