Position Overview:
The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering administrative support to the Human Resources Management team. This position encompasses a variety of human resource functions, including the maintenance of employee records and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with CCM leadership and management to enhance HR processes and support.
- Assist with Human Resource functions such as pre-employment screenings, generating offer letters, and facilitating onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Work alongside the Wage & Compensation team to draft and finalize compensation contracts.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, addressing inquiries and providing information related to wages and compensation.
- Respond to questions regarding policies and procedures, as well as general inquiries about wage and compensation processes.
- Promote and advocate for all safety-related policies and programs, ensuring a commitment to a safe working environment.
- Maintain a confidential and organized filing system for employee documents, correspondence, policies, and applications.
- Ensure the accurate completion and signing of new hire paperwork by both the new employee and their manager.
- Manage new hire information within the ADP Workforce system, assisting employees with updates.
- Conduct audits of various HR programs, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in human resources is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Familiarity with human resources terminology, practices, and procedures is necessary.
- Knowledge of State and Federal laws related to human resources administration is important.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to read, interpret, and explain rules and regulations.
- Proven ability to compile data for reports and correspondence.
- Effective prioritization of work tasks to meet deadlines.
