  7. Participate in HR department meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of recruiting experience with high-volume recruiting.
  • Familiarity with recruiting metrics and ability to analyze data to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to various audiences.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with behavioral interviewing concepts and techniques.
  • Computer literacy, including strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience working with HRIS systems.

Physical Requirements:

Good vision and hearing, with the ability to lift 20 pounds, bend, stoop, sit for 1-2 hours at a time, and walk up stairs.
