Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising City Manager to join our team at UP Fundraising. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing our fundraising street teams, driving growth and success in the Nashville market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of fundraising professionals to achieve sales targets and grow the client's quality monthly donor base.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage with the general public, educate on brand awareness, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to set and achieve business objectives, and provide regular progress updates.
  • Identify and develop skills in team members, and provide coaching and training to ensure they have the necessary tools to succeed.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, and provide support to ensure successful sales outcomes.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of fundraising management experience, with a proven track record of success in coaching and team leading.
  • Direct F2F fundraising experience, with a strong background in street, mall, or door-to-door fundraising.
  • Ability to engage and motivate others, with a focus on building a high-performing team.
  • Driven mentality to grow the team, utilizing personal network and tools to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to identify and develop skills in others, with a focus on career growth and development.
