Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales professional to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, developing new business opportunities, and increasing sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, interacting with existing customers to increase sales and expand product lines.
- Collaborate with inside sales and purchasing teams to ensure quotes, material, and deliveries meet customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and economic changes, providing customers with valuable insights and solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, increasing revenue from assigned customers through strategic product line expansion and sales growth.
- Outside Sales experience in a metals service center or similar industry is preferred.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of aluminum, stainless steel, or industrial supply distribution.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends to identify opportunities for company growth.
- Highly developed organizational and communication skills.
- High level of self-motivation and awareness.
- Ability to handle objections and provide alternatives in the sales process.
- Valid and clean driver's license.
