We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Services Associate to join our team at The Millennium Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of mail, print, and document services for our clients.
Responsibilities:- Process and manage incoming mail and packages, including receipt, review, and delivery to the appropriate departments.
- Operate company vehicles to transport items and deliver office supplies and copy paper.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sort and categorize items according to established methods and prepare them for processing, shipment, or transportation.
- Enter activity data into logs and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and protocols at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including cross-training on other roles within the department.
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in mail and print services, with knowledge of commonly used office procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and perform multiple functional tasks.
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
