We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our team at Holland Partner Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical condition of our properties is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff and outside contractors, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize emergency repairs and service requests.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety programs, policies, and procedures, and maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Assist with personnel management functions, budgeting, and forecasting, as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two to three years of experience in property management maintenance or a related trade.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and non-verbally.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
