Job Title: Office Manager

At RickSmith, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, while also developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer relationship management plans to ensure exceptional customer service and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Provide training and support to new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
